Terms of sale
General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Technisom
Purchases concern tangible products, hereinafter referred to as “the Products” or “the Product”.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply without restriction or reservation to all sales concluded between the Buyer and the Seller on the said Website through the conclusion of an online contract, hereinafter referred to as “the Contract”, binding them together.
The Buyer and the Seller shall hereinafter be referred to as “the Parties”.
The Website is the full property of TECHNISOM SAS, as well as all associated rights. Any reproduction or use, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever, whether for commercial purposes or not, is prohibited. However, hypertext links to the Website are permitted without prior authorization.
The Website provides the following information:
– The (non-exhaustive) characteristics of the Products and services offered.
Main characteristics such as dimensions, main material(s), technical specification(s), illustration(s), and intended use category(ies) of the Products.
– Prices
– The validity period of the offer and price
– Payment, delivery, or execution terms
The main characteristics of the Products are presented on each individual Product page on the Website. The Buyer is required to review them prior to concluding the Contract. The choice and purchase of a Product are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
Recommendations may be made by the Seller based on certain lifestyle habits of the Buyer (for example, sleeping position). These recommendations are in no way intended to replace medical advice. It is the Buyer’s responsibility alone to choose the Product that suits them.
These GTCS are presented in French.
The legal notices of the Website are accessible at www.technisom.com.
Article 1 – Conditions of Use of Our Online Store
These GTCS aim to define the rights and obligations of the Parties in the context of distance selling of Products and services offered on the Website.
They apply to all sales of Products and services offered on the Website, to the exclusion of all other conditions, particularly those applicable to in-store sales or other distribution channels.
The Buyer acknowledges having read, prior to or at the time of placing the order, all the aforementioned information and the GTCS, and expressly declares acceptance thereof in their entirety, without reservation.
Acceptance of the GTCS takes effect upon validation of the order. The GTCS applicable are those in force on the date the order is validated by the Buyer and shall prevail over any other version or conflicting document.
The Seller reserves the right to amend the GTCS at any time without prior notice. Such amendments shall apply to all orders placed after publication on the Website.
The Buyer acknowledges having received, prior to placing the order and concluding the contract, the GTCS and all information listed in Article L.221-5 of the French Consumer Code, in a clear and understandable manner.
Article 2 – Orders
Orders are placed exclusively online on the Website by the Buyer.
The Buyer browses the Website to review the Products available for sale. Each Product has a dedicated page presenting its main characteristics as outlined in the Preamble.
The Buyer must select the Products they wish to order on www.technisom.com by following these steps:
– Selection of a product from the catalog
– Product configuration
– Selection of optional features
– Adding to cart
– Selection of payment and delivery methods
– Order confirmation and acceptance of the GTCS
Before concluding the Contract, the Buyer may identify and correct any input errors through repeated data summaries during the ordering process.
The sale shall only be deemed final after the Seller has sent the Buyer confirmation of acceptance of the order by email and after full payment has been received.
Order registration occurs once the Buyer accepts the GTCS by ticking the designated box and validates the order. The Buyer may verify order details, total price, and correct any errors before confirming acceptance (Article 1127-2 of the French Civil Code). This validation constitutes acceptance of the GTCS and proof of the sales contract.
It is therefore the Buyer’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the order and immediately report any errors. Any error in contact or delivery details resulting in loss of Products remains the Buyer’s responsibility.
No new order may be placed until all outstanding amounts for previous orders have been fully paid.
If incorrect details result in non-delivery and return of the Products, the Seller cannot be held liable. Any additional delivery costs will be borne by the Buyer.
If an error is discovered after the Contract is concluded, the Buyer must contact the Seller promptly, without guarantee that corrections can be applied in time.
Any order placed constitutes a distance contract. The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of a payment dispute or fraudulent use of promotional codes.
The Seller may suspend order execution if provided information appears incorrect or incomplete. If the Buyer cannot be reached within 7 business days, the order may be cancelled.
The Buyer may track their order on www.technisom.com.
Article 3 – Prices
